Leveraging her extensive expertise across a spectrum of projects, ranging from small-scale ventures to large-scale initiatives, Monika identified an opportunity to offer comprehensive HR strategies spanning various industries. These industries extend beyond the Mining and Resources sector and encompass Engineering, Health Care, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail and Professional Services.
In her capacity as Managing Director, Monika plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand and strategy of the company, with a primary focus on executing talent management and human resources strategies for small, medium and large enterprises.
